What the maths quiz covers
Easy sets are quick sums; harder ones bring in geometry, sequences, probability and the names of shapes and numbers most people have forgotten.
- Quick sums, times tables and percentages
- Shapes, angles and geometry
- Primes, squares and sequences
- Famous numbers and mathematicians
How it works Full rules
- 1. Ten questions, easy first. Every set runs from easy to the hardest your level allows, 15 seconds each.
- 2. Points for difficulty, speed and streaks. 100–800 points a question, up to +15% for a streak and +20% for a quick answer.
- 3. Same set, other people. Your score lands on a board with everyone who played that set, and on the weekly world board.
