How many questions are there and how long does it take?

A set is 10 questions with 15 seconds each, so a full round takes under three minutes. Questions run from easy to hard and no two sets are the same.

How is the quiz scored?

Easy questions are worth 100 points, medium 200, hard 400 and extra hard 800. Consecutive correct answers add a streak bonus of up to 15%, and in Quick Play a fast answer adds up to 20% more.

Can I play against friends?

Yes. Add friends with their code and you see each other’s scores on every set, or start a group for your office, family or pub team with a fixed number of rounds.

Do the questions get harder?

Yes. Everyone starts on Starter sets and unlocks Regular, Advanced and Expert mixes by finishing sets accurately — extra-hard questions only appear from Advanced onwards.

How it works Full rules

1. Ten questions, easy first. Every set runs from easy to the hardest your level allows, 15 seconds each.
2. Points for difficulty, speed and streaks. 100–800 points a question, up to +15% for a streak and +20% for a quick answer.
3. Same set, other people. Your score lands on a board with everyone who played that set, and on the weekly world board.
