Refund Policy
This policy explains when we refund a purchase, when we do not, and how to ask. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and does not affect any statutory right you have.
Read the questions before you pay
Every exam opens its first ten questions, with the verified answers, to anyone — no account, no payment, and the timed practice test runs on those same ten. We would rather you decided from the material than from a description of it, and this policy assumes you have looked.
Access opens immediately
A paid question bank opens the moment your payment succeeds. Where you have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase within fourteen days, that right ends once delivery has begun with your agreement — and buying here is that agreement, because there is nothing left to deliver afterwards. Nothing in this section affects your rights if something is faulty or is not what was described.
When we refund
In full, and without argument, where:
- you were charged more than once for the same purchase;
- access never opened, or did not work, and we could not put it right;
- the access you were given is not the exam you paid for;
- a subscription renewed after you had asked us to cancel it.
When we do not
We do not refund because an exam turned out to be harder than expected, because the access went unused, or because of the result you got in the real exam. The questions are the product, and ten of them are free to read before you decide.
Subscriptions and single exams
Full access is a subscription and renews until you cancel it. A single-exam plan is not: it takes one payment, renews nothing, and there is nothing to cancel.
Cancelling a subscription stops the next charge. It does not refund the period you are already in, and your access runs to the end of that period.
How to ask
Email support@exampractice.org from the address you paid with, and tell us roughly when you paid. You do not need an order number. Every request gets an answer, whatever the answer turns out to be.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with; we cannot send them anywhere else. Payments are taken by Tinyblue Digital, which is the name that appears on your statement, and a refund appears from that same name. Banks usually take five to ten working days to show it.
