Free General Knowledge Quiz

The classic pub-quiz round: a bit of everything, with no warning of what comes next. One question is about a capital city, the next about a chocolate bar, the one after that about who painted what.

What the general knowledge quiz covers

Each set is 10 questions and no two sets are alike. Fifteen seconds a question keeps you honest — you either know it or you don’t.

  • Capitals, currencies and flags
  • Famous firsts and famous people
  • Everyday things you half-remember
  • Household names, brands and inventions

How it works Full rules

  1. 1. Ten questions, easy first. Every set runs from easy to the hardest your level allows, 15 seconds each.
  2. 2. Points for difficulty, speed and streaks. 100800 points a question, up to +15% for a streak and +20% for a quick answer.
  3. 3. Same set, other people. Your score lands on a board with everyone who played that set, and on the weekly world board.
