How it works Full rules
- 1. Ten questions, easy first. Every set runs from easy to the hardest your level allows, 15 seconds each.
- 2. Points for difficulty, speed and streaks. 100–800 points a question, up to +15% for a streak and +20% for a quick answer.
- 3. Same set, other people. Your score lands on a board with everyone who played that set, and on the weekly world board.

- Is the food & drink quiz free?
- Yes. Every quiz on Exampractice is completely free — no payment, no subscription and no adverts. No account is needed to play; sign in whenever you like and your scores, streak, level and friends are kept across devices.
- How many questions are there and how long does it take?
- A set is 10 questions with 15 seconds each, so a full round takes under three minutes. Questions run from easy to hard and no two sets are the same.
- How is the quiz scored?
- Easy questions are worth 100 points, medium 200, hard 400 and extra hard 800. Consecutive correct answers add a streak bonus of up to 15%, and in Quick Play a fast answer adds up to 20% more.
- Can I play against friends?
- Yes. Add friends with their code and you see each other’s scores on every set, or start a group for your office, family or pub team with a fixed number of rounds.
- Do the questions get harder?
- Yes. Everyone starts on Starter sets and unlocks Regular, Advanced and Expert mixes by finishing sets accurately — extra-hard questions only appear from Advanced onwards.
