Terms of Service

These are the terms you agree to when you use Exampractice. We have written them in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask us and we will explain it.
Who we are
Exampractice is a study service. We provide practice questions and timed practice tests to help you prepare for certification exams. We are an independent company. We are not connected to, endorsed by, or acting for any of the bodies that set or award the real exams, and the exam names on our site belong to their owners.
Using Exampractice
You may use the site to study. You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you agree to use the service honestly and lawfully.
What we provide is study material. It is not professional advice, and passing our practice tests is not a promise that you will pass the real exam.
Your account
Some parts of the site need an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and let us know if you think someone else has got into your account.
An account is for one person. Sharing it, or passing your access to other people, is not allowed and may cost you access.
What you may not do
- Copy, record, republish or resell our questions and material.
- Share your access with anyone else, or use tools to hide where you are signing in from.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
- Collect our content automatically, or use it to build a competing product.
- Post anything unlawful, abusive or misleading in any part of the site where you can write.
Paying for access
Some things on the site are free and some are paid. When you buy, we show you the price and what you are getting before you pay. A plan that renews will say so clearly on the page where you buy it, and you can stop it at any time from your account; stopping it keeps the time you have already paid for and prevents the next charge.
Payments are handled for us by a payment partner. We never see or keep your card details.
Refunds
Our refund policy sits on its own page and forms part of these terms.
Our material
The site, and the questions and explanations on it, belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. Buying access lets you study with them. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not let you share or sell them on.
If you post something on the site, you keep it, but you allow us to show it on the site.
Other websites
We sometimes link to other websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for what they do or say. Their own terms apply once you leave us.
What we can and cannot promise
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be up, error free, or right for your particular exam. Exams change, and material can fall behind.
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably have expected, such as lost income or an exam you did not pass. Nothing here removes any right you have that the law says cannot be removed.
Ending access
You can stop using Exampractice and close your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless we are not allowed to.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we will make it clear on the site or tell you directly. Carrying on using the service after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where we are based, and disputes are dealt with by the courts there.
