World Cups, Wimbledon, the Olympics, the Ashes and the Tour de France. Records, nicknames, home grounds and the players everybody argues about.
What the sports quiz covers
Football takes its share, but the sets also reach into athletics, golf, boxing, motor racing and the rules of games you have only watched once.
- Football clubs, players and tournaments
- Olympic sports and records
- Tennis, golf, cricket and rugby
- Motor sport, boxing and athletics
How it works Full rules
- 1. Ten questions, easy first. Every set runs from easy to the hardest your level allows, 15 seconds each.
- 2. Points for difficulty, speed and streaks. 100–800 points a question, up to +15% for a streak and +20% for a quick answer.
- 3. Same set, other people. Your score lands on a board with everyone who played that set, and on the weekly world board.
