Free HiSET Exam Questions and Answers
HiSET is no longer an ETS test, which is the most useful thing to know about it — a great deal of material, Wikipedia included, still says otherwise. PSI Services announced its acquisition of the programme from ETS on 2 November 2021, moved it onto the PSI platform in September 2022, and relaunched it under PSI's own branding on 30 June 2025. The structure is five subtests: Mathematics at 90 minutes, Science at 80, Social Studies at 70, Language Arts–Reading at 65 and Language Arts–Writing at 120 including an essay — around seven hours in total. Passing requires three things at once: at least 8 of 20 on every subtest, 45 of 100 combined, and at least 2 of 6 on the essay.
