Free PANCE: Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam Questions and Answers
The PANCE (Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam), set by NCCPA, is the exam every graduate of an accredited physician assistant programme must pass to be certified and licensed in the US. It is 300 multiple-choice questions in five blocks of 60, with an hour per block, and covers medical knowledge by organ system — cardiovascular, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, neurological, psychiatric and more — and by task: history and physical examination, diagnostic studies, diagnosis, health maintenance, clinical intervention, pharmacology and applying basic science. Certified PAs maintain the credential through continuing education and a periodic recertification exam.
