Free NPTE: National Physical Therapy Examination Exam Questions and Answers
The NPTE (National Physical Therapy Examination), from the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy, is the licensing exam for physical therapists in the US; there is a separate version for physical therapist assistants. The PT exam has 250 multiple-choice questions, 200 scored, in five sections of 50, and is scored on a 200–800 scale with 600 to pass. It covers the body systems — musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiovascular and pulmonary, integumentary and others — across examination, evaluation, diagnosis, interventions and professional responsibilities. It is offered on fixed dates a few times a year at Prometric centres, and candidates must be approved by their state board first.
