Free CEN: Certified Emergency Nurse Exam Questions and Answers

CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) is the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing's credential for registered nurses in emergency departments, and the most widely held emergency nursing certification in the US. The exam is 175 multiple-choice questions, 150 scored, in three hours, covering cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, gastrointestinal and genitourinary emergencies, maternal and obstetric emergencies, psychosocial and medical emergencies, environmental and toxicology emergencies, communicable disease, trauma and professional issues. A current RN licence is required; BCEN recommends about two years of emergency experience but does not make it compulsory.
