Free AMC (Australian Medical Council) Exam Questions and Answers

The AMC standard pathway must be sat in order: you have to pass the multiple-choice examination before you are eligible for the clinical one. The MCQ is computer-adaptive, 150 questions in a three-and-a-half-hour session at a Pearson VUE centre, scored from 0 to 500 with 250 to pass. The clinical examination is an OSCE of sixteen assessed stations plus four rest stations, each ten minutes — two for reading and eight for assessment — and passing needs both the cut score and at least nine of the fourteen stations that actually count, since two of the sixteen are unscored pilots. Fees are $2,920 for the MCQ and $3,000 to $3,400 for the clinical. The AMC Certificate then supports an application to the Medical Board of Australia, which is what grants registration.
