Free PMP: Project Management Professional Exam Questions and Answers

PMP is the project management credential most employers recognise, and it changed substantially in July 2026 when PMI aligned it to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition — any preparation quoting the old People 42% / Process 50% / Business Environment 8% split is out of date. The current weighting is Process 41%, People 33% and Business Environment 26%. The exam is 180 questions in four hours with two ten-minute breaks, and it now opens with a case-study section before the independent questions; formats include drag-and-drop and hands-on practicum items alongside multiple choice. Eligibility is tiered by education — three years leading projects with a bachelor's, five with upper-secondary — plus 35 hours of project management training, waived if you hold an active CAPM.
