Free ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve — ITILDPI Exam Questions and Answers
ITIL 4 Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve (DPI) is the module shared by both advanced ITIL 4 streams — it counts toward Managing Professional and Strategic Leader, so most people building either designation sit it. It is 40 multiple-choice questions in 90 minutes, closed book, with a 70% pass mark (28 of 40); candidates sitting in a non-native language get 113 minutes. Accredited training is mandatory: PeopleCert withholds results until you provide proof of course completion. Prerequisite is ITIL 4 Foundation or any ITIL v3 certification. The syllabus covers governance, risk and compliance, measurement and reporting, continual improvement, value streams and organisational change. All ITIL 4 modules retire on 31 December 2027.
