Free SEE: IRS Special Enrollment Examination (Enrolled Agent) Exam Questions and Answers
The SEE (Special Enrollment Examination) is the IRS exam that qualifies you as an Enrolled Agent, a federally authorised tax practitioner who can represent taxpayers before the IRS in every state. It has three parts — Part 1 Individuals, Part 2 Businesses, and Part 3 Representation, Practices and Procedures — each with 100 multiple-choice questions, 85 scored, in three and a half hours. The parts can be taken in any order at Prometric centres, but all three must be passed within three years. Candidates need a Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) to register, and must pass a tax compliance check before enrolment.
