Programme terms

Anyone with an Exampractice account. There is nothing to apply for — your link is in your dashboard under Refer & earn.

You cannot refer yourself, and a person can only be referred once, by one person, ever. Both are enforced by the system rather than left to good faith.

You earn $5 when someone who opened your link buys any exam. It is earned when they pay, not when they sign up, and it is paid once per person — not on renewals or later purchases.

Attribution lasts 30 days from the moment the link is opened. If someone enters a code manually, that code is used instead.

There is no cap on how many people you can refer.

An approved video pays your current level: $15 at Bronze, $35 at Silver, $55 at Gold and $200 at Elite.

Bronze, Silver and Gold are reached automatically on your count of approved videos (10 and 20 respectively). Elite is invited: there is no video minimum, and we approach creators whose videos pass a million organic views. We do not accept applications for it.

The rate is the one you are on when a video is approved. Reaching a new level does not re-price videos already approved.

You may have up to ten videos awaiting review at a time. That is a queue limit, not a limit on earnings.

Every video is reviewed by a person against these, and only these:

• Original content. You made it. Not clipped, duetted or re-uploaded from someone else.
• Clearly demonstrates or mentions Exampractice. A viewer can tell what the product is and that you are talking about it.
• Posted from a genuine account. A real account with a real history, not one made to farm submissions.
• No obvious AI, spam or reused content. No generated voice-over on stock footage, and nothing posted repeatedly with small edits.
• Publicly accessible. The link opens for anyone, without a login, and stays up.
• Meets our brand and content guidelines. Nothing misleading about what the product does, and nothing we would not put our name to.
• No fake engagement. No bought views, likes or comments.
• Marked as a paid partnership. Use the platform’s paid-partnership label, or say plainly in the caption that you are paid for approved videos. This is a legal requirement, not a preference.

If a video is not approved we tell you which of these it missed. We will not reject a video for a reason that is not on this list.

Rewards are held for 30 days after they are earned. That covers the refund window, so we are not asking for money back after sending it.

Once released, balances of $10 or more are paid on the last Friday of the month, to the PayPal address or USDT (TRC-20) wallet saved in your dashboard. Anything below that rolls over. There is nothing to request.

Without a payout destination saved we cannot pay you, and the balance simply waits. You can change the destination once every 30 days — a limit that exists to protect you, not us.

All amounts are in US dollars. USDT is sent at the same figure, one for one.

If a purchase you were credited for is refunded or charged back, that reward is removed. It is not re-earned if the same person pays again later.

An ordinary cancellation is not a refund. If someone you referred paid and later stopped subscribing, you keep the reward.

We do not reclaim money already paid out.

We will remove someone from the programme for fake accounts, bought engagement, self-referral through another account, or videos that misrepresent what Exampractice does. We will say which.

Being removed stops further submissions and further payouts. It does not delete the record of what was earned — that record is what makes the decision reviewable, by you as much as by us.

They stay yours. By submitting one you allow us to link to it and to share it on our own channels, with credit. We will not re-cut it or run it as a paid advert without asking you first.

If we change the rates, the change applies to referrals and videos from that point on. Anything already earned is paid at the rate it was earned at.

If we end the programme we will say so a month ahead and pay every balance that has been earned, including balances under the $10 minimum.
