Free Certified Directory Engineer (CDE) Exam Questions and Answers
Certified Directory Engineer (CDE) is part of Novell's certification programme. Novell numbered its exams 050-, delivered them through Pearson VUE, and arranged them into a real ladder from CNA to CNE to Master CNE covering NetWare, Open Enterprise Server and eDirectory. The programme is no longer offered. Novell passed to Attachmate in 2011, to Micro Focus in 2014 and to OpenText in 2023, and none of them publishes a certification page for it today — but none published a retirement notice either, so the honest description is that it lapsed rather than that it closed on a date.
