Free CFSA — Certified Financial Services Auditor Exam Questions and Answers
The Certified Financial Services Auditor was The IIA's specialty credential for auditors working in banking, insurance and securities, and it is closed. The IIA stopped accepting new CFSA applications on 31 December 2018 and last awarded the designation on 30 June 2021, stating that the programme could not be extended past that date. Existing holders keep it indefinitely provided they report continuing professional education each year — 20 hours practising, 10 non-practising — but there is a hard edge to that: once a CFSA lapses into revoked status The IIA has no provision to reinstate it, unlike the CIA and CRMA, which can be recovered by re-sitting an exam.
