Free GED (General Educational Development) – US and Canada. Exam Questions and Answers
The GED is four separate subject tests — Mathematical Reasoning, Reasoning Through Language Arts, Social Studies and Science — totalling about seven hours, which you may sit in one day or spread across sessions. Each is scored 100 to 200 and each must independently reach 145 to pass: there is no averaging, so a strong Science result will not carry a weak Maths one. Score 165 or above and you earn GED College Ready; 175 or above can carry up to ten hours of college credit. The pass mark was 150 when this series launched in 2014 and was lowered to 145 in 2016 after recalibration, a detail many guides still get wrong.
The first 10 questions on this page are free to read, answers included — no account and no card. A plan opens the rest of the bank, the full timed practice test and your weak-topic reporting.
