Free NECO (National Examinations Council) Exam Questions and Answers
NECO is Nigeria's federal examination council and the domestic counterpart to WAEC, which is the source of most confusion about it: the two bodies run parallel secondary-school examinations that Nigerian universities generally treat as equivalent, and many candidates sit both to improve their chances. NECO administers the internal SSCE for school candidates and an external GCE series for private candidates, on the same nine-point lettered grading logic as WAEC. Results feed into JAMB and university admission, and institutions set their own subject and grade requirements rather than the council declaring a single pass mark.
