Instructional Designer

A bank of a thousand questions is a resource, not a plan. The difference between passing and running out of time is usually sequencing, spacing and knowing what to skip.

What you will do

• Design study paths and revision schedules grounded in how people actually learn.
• Work with data on difficulty, spacing and recall.
• Shape the learning features with product and engineering.

What we are looking for

• A background in instructional design or education, and the theory to back it.
• Familiar with spaced repetition and mastery learning in practice, not just in papers.
• Comfortable being evaluated on whether people pass.
