Data Analyst

Every answer is a data point about a question and about a learner. We use a fraction of what that could tell us — about question quality, difficulty calibration, and who is drifting away from their study plan.

What you will do

• Build the reporting the team actually uses, and delete the rest.
• Find broken and mis-calibrated questions from answer data.
• Model retention and tell us what the model is wrong about.

What we are looking for

• Strong SQL and a statistics background you can defend.
• You present findings plainly, including the inconvenient ones.
• Experience with learning or assessment data is a bonus, not a requirement.
